What I do

YOGA
I earned my first 200h Yoga Teacher certification with teachers Jack Boken and Hanna von Hafenbrädl of Happy Jack Yoga and have continued my studies in Embodied Flow and Embodied Yin with Satu Tuomela)

I teach yoga privately to groups and individuals, taking the practice to your premises or to a beautiful studio in Helsinki. You can also find me leading classes in selected Yoga studios in Helsinki and sometimes abroad, where I lead annual retreats.
A lot of my clients are in the corporate world, my WorkFlow sequences are helping employees cope with stress and sitting related aches.

HOLISTIC WELLNESS COACHING
I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, having graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, where I also continued my studies in Gut Health.

As a Health Coach I work with clients supporting them towards their health goals, helping them find the balance in their lifestyle and eating habits. I coach clients in person, over the phone or video call.

You will also find me speaking in public about health and wellness related topics.


WHy I do it

I spent years working in an office wondering what meaning my work had and what I wanted to do once I grew up.
Normal right? Except I was 35 and still hadn’t figured it out.
I was busy with two small children, an unfulfilling job and was struggling to cope with all the balls in the air.

It was only after personally going through severe stress spells that I realised what my true purpose in life is. Helping.
Guiding people towards a healthier more balanced life. I don’t believe life has to be a rat race!


The feeling I get after a yoga class seeing everyone leave relaxed and smiling is priceless.
The same vibe I get with the clients I coach as they progress and turn into the best version of themselves.

I wake up every day happy and proud of the work I do.


How I do IT

The good news is, I make it fun! We have enough pressure in our lives and taking care of ourselves should be easy and pleasurable.

I will support you as you get healthy and make sure enjoy yourself the process.

I don’t take myself too seriously, so expect honesty and the use of humour. I can’t help it!

P.S All my sessions can be led in English, Finnish or Italian.
