Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the human ability of being conscious, fully present and aware of where we are and what we are doing. Using breathing and visualisation techniques, we bring focus to the current moment, acknowledge and accept current thoughts, sensations and feelings without judgement.

Everybody can do it and there is nothing supernatural about it, it is all about single pointed focus.

Mindfulness meditation is scientifically proven to have a positive effect on our health, work and relationships, also reducing stress levels and improving sleep quality.
